Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SafeTap. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Data Processing terms.

SafeTap is provided by FRAMZ LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15471455) with its registered office at 1 Glamorgan Close, Mitcham, CR4 1XG, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean FRAMZ LIMITED.

The service

SafeTap is a software tool that helps food businesses record daily food-safety checks. It is a recordkeeping aid; you remain responsible for your own food-safety practices and legal compliance.

Free trial

New accounts include a 90-day free trial. During the trial each organisation may add 1 manager and 1 staff member. On a paid plan, each site supports up to 5 managers and 25 staff.

Subscriptions & billing

• SafeTap is billed at £15 per site per month (VAT handled at checkout) via Paddle, our merchant of record.
• Your bill reflects the number of active sites on your account.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refund policy

If SafeTap isn’t right for you, contact us at hello@safetap.co.uk within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, cancelling stops future charges but payments already made are not refunded (your access continues to the end of the paid period). Refunds for billing errors are always made in full. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Availability

We work hard to keep SafeTap available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Records created offline sync when your device reconnects.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
